Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do you provide for the catering buffets?
We provide complete set with food warmers, tables for the buffets, skirting, table cloths. Candle wax will be provided to keep the food warm for last about 3 hours .

How long the catering buffets served?
The maximum of 4 hours per function inclusive of set up time. If the function more than the normal hours, we will charged RM20 per service staff.

How does your pack & delivered served?
For packed & delivered food will be presented in plastic container or aluminium foil tray. We do not provide disposable tongs, buffet tables, warmers and extras for a typical buffet. Delivery is one-way and no need to collect any equipment.

How long does it take to set up a typical catering buffets?
For up to 100 guests, it should not take longer than 30 minutes.

How much food does catering provide?
We will provide a 10% buffer for the number of guest you ordered. However, certain popular items on the menu will run out faster than other items. For those children above the age of 10 should be considered an adult.

How early do I need to order place an order for catering service?
You should order 5 workings days before your event's date and this is subject to availability. You can always call to our friendly consultants for advice.

How do I make an order?
You can make a booking online, fax to us or simply call us. Please have your selections ready, details of the venue and contact numbers ready before you call us. Online orders are not confirmed unless confirmed by us through phone, fax or email. If you do not hear from us after 24 hours from order date, please contact us at 03-42965855.

Can I change the items on the menu?
Yes you can, but it will be subject to availability and you can change up to three items on the menu from another menu of lesser value and of the same type of meat (e.g. sweet & sour fish filet dish with butter milk fish).For such requests, please insert these changes in the remarks column.

Do your incurred additional charges?
Yes we do charged additional charges for special delivery request and cleaning fees.

Special handling charges to deliver the food to office building / apartment/ condominium/ flat / pool side. * Subject to complexity of food delivery to the destination location.
